He has been the Chairman and Executive Director since 1993. He is also a major shareholder and Managing Director of Matsunichi Communication Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 0283) which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Mr. Pan founded Matsunichi Group in 1993, which started as a CRT TV manufacturer and later evolved into a manufacturer of diversified digital electronic products. Headquartered in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, PRC, the Group has two manufacturing plants in the PRC, numerous overseas offices, subsidiaries and R&D centres with over 2,000 employees worldwide.

He has over 20 years of experience in trading and manufacturing electronic products in the PRC, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the United States. He is a keen supporter of community service and has made significant charitable contributions to various foundations in China, Hong Kong and the United States.
